If you live in the NRH, North Hills, HEB, Grapevine, Colleyville, Southlake, Keller, Watauga, some parts of Fort Worth and Arlington areas...request pick-up (free) or delivery($4.00)!

DOMESTIC
We ship USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate for most orders. Domestic delivery time is normally 2 or 3 days. For envelopes "up to" 13 ounces, we use First Class mail which is normally received in 3 days or so.

INTERNATIONAL
International shipments are an everyday occurance for us and we have lots of fan mail from our clients all over the globe who have experienced our ability to hold down their costs. Global Priority is around $12.31 for 7-10 yards or less, depending upon fabric density and size. Unless you state otherwise we will unroll jelly rolls and do whatever is neccessary without damaging your order to minimize shipping costs. Average delivery time is usually 6 to 10 days. Please note - We will not mark packages as gifts.

DOMESTIC or INTERNATIONAL
We always check all shipping expenses before we ship to you so that you will have the LOWEST cost shipping available! Our goal is to provide our customers with the best overall value for their sewing project monies!

We will do absolutely everything possible to mail out your order the day we receive it or the next business day.

Flate Rate Priority is $4.80 for 7-10 yards or less, depending upon fabric density and size. Unless you state otherwise we will unroll jelly rolls and do whatever is neccessary without damaging your order to minimize shipping costs.

All shipping charges on your order are approximate and may be adjusted where necessary to agree with actual cost. You will always only be charged the actual amount that it costs to ship your order to you.

If you have a need to receive your order quicker than the stated intervals here, we can use Express Mail International (5 day delivery) or Domestic (overnight) but the associated costs will vary by location and weight. We can use your favorite shipper as well if you provide the proper information to have it billed to your existing account with them.

Store Policies
No refunds of fabric, kits, patterns or books. If an error has been made please e-mail us stating the error. Sales are final 21 days after the order was placed.

LOST Packages - Once your package is dropped at the post office it is no longer our responsibility. If you are worried about your package not getting to your destination please let us know you want it insured.
